I am so very sorry for your loss. Though I didn't know Angela personally, I do remember her coming to speak to my class at Coleytown Elementary in the 2nd or 3rd grade. I remember her telling our class the story of how her family learned that she was deaf. Angela was the first, and for a long time, the only person with a hearing deficit that I knew. Ill never forget how open and generous she was while speaking to our class. She entertained even the silliest of questions. I have carried the memory of her story ever since.
